ABSTRACT
The design was developed from the winning entry of an EC architectural ideas competition, ‘Working in the City’, won by KHR and Esbensen with ISLEF as
developers. The scope of the project was to demonstrate a 50% reduction in energy consumption in line with the recommendations of the Bruntland Report.
