ABSTRACT
Now that you have completed your work on Information in Management, it is time to review what you have leant in relation to the objectives that we set at the beginning. Using information in management is a very big subject, and what you have learned will be only the beginning. Information in one aspect or another – getting it, sorting it analysing it, compiling it, sending it – increasingly dominates management life, and you will encounter it in many forms. Some of this will be new as technology, systems and expert software continue to develop.
