ABSTRACT
Overbrook Presbyterian Church is an 800-member congregation with a professional staff of two ordained clergy, a full-time minister of music, and a part-time volunteer parish nurse. The church also sponsors a preschool program. In this chapter, we describe the parish nurse program, including some of our theological and organizational assumptions about it.
