ABSTRACT
The sensor for temperature is the thermistor, described on p. 66. Its resistance decreases with increasing temperature. The best way to use a thermistor is to connect it in a voltage divider. Then the information about temperature appears as a voltage at the junction of the divider. Putting it another way, the temperature is represented by a voltage signal from the divider.
