These case studies have been developed especially for this textbook. They feature real organizations and real communications programmes with their results.

The company was formed in July 1999 by John Elliot and Andy Hasoon. They both recognized the critical business need to radically improve the efficiency of the IT training market, which has historically been paper based and fragmented. They believed that, through consolidation of data and suppliers, centralizing business systems and distributing information through the Internet, a total solution for IT training could be found.
