ABSTRACT
Successful implementation of e-business systems relies on the deployment and correct configuration of a set of critical underlying technologies. These technologies provide core foundation services utilized by all e-business systems and by existing corporate systems such as email and groupware servers, file and print servers, and legacy applications.
