ABSTRACT

Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels of the family Umbelliferae has a fleshy fusiform root. It grows mainly in the Gansu, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Sichuan, and Yunnan provinces of China, and is harvested in the late autumn.
