Embedding BPM within the organization

This chapter will focus on how and where BPM should be embedded within the organization. Previous chapters have predominantly focused on the processes from a project or program perspective. Here, the emphasis shifts to one of the ongoing management and sustainability of processes from an organizational perspective.
