Product-based Planning

Product-based planning is fundamental to PRINCE2 and I thoroughly recommend it. There are two reasons for this. First, a project delivers products, not activities, so why begin at a lower level? The second reason is about quality. We can measure the quality of a product. The quality of an activity can only be measured by the quality of its outcome (the product).
