Phase Three – Creating the High-level Design and the Detailed Design

During phases one and two of the OD project, you have done the preparation and scoping work you need to do. The output of these phases is a well-constructed business case for the change together with a scoping document. Phase three (Figure 8.1) starts when your sponsor has signed off your scoping document and when you have a communication plan that you have already started to implement.
