ABSTRACT
All the chapters in this section discuss choreography in relation to one or more other disciplines, including dramaturgy, architecture, scenography, technology and cognitive science. The rationale for doing so differs in each case, either through a research imperative centred on discipline clusters, by concentration on artistic development, or through seeking connections between arts and sciences, an area of fruitful experimentation that has been widely funded in the recent past.
