ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter, I described general styles and structures for forming suggestions. In this chapter, some general guidelines for your choice of particular words and phrases within those styles and structures will be provided. These guidelines are intended to help you form suggestions that are more likely to be accepted by the individuals you are working with.
