ABSTRACT
In this Chapter methods of solar shading design are discussed, to be used in conjunction with systems from the previous Chapter. The sun path diagram, explained in Chapter 4, will be instrumental in designing solar shading. The focus of this Chapter will be on the design of overhang geometry and louver geometry and on testing designs using a DSM sun-casting facility.
