ABSTRACT
A 14-year-old boy died after being hit by a tractor-trailer on US Routes 11/15 southbound in Liverpool Township, Perry County, at 3 this morning, police said. Police said the boy ran in front of the truck on purpose and that a suicide letter revealing his intentions was found in his Snyder County home.
