ABSTRACT
In conclusion, I want to emphasize two results of our investigation. On the one hand, there is the increased openness, dynamics and tendency to crises of the societal order on its way towards the global hegemony of the liberal model of society. On the other hand, there is the dialectic of growing global inclusion and the accompanying new forms of exclusion in the national welfare states.
