ABSTRACT
The previous two chapters have considered how the revised SEEA organizes data on physical flows of residuals and monetary expenditures to prevent those flows. This chapter goes further in the pollution discussion, considering how the SEEA does—and in some cases does not—handle a series of pollution-related questions that are crucial from the policy perspective.
