ABSTRACT
Planning in the context of an EMS provides the overall framework for carrying out the forestry-specific planning activities described in Chapter 15. The framework is intended to ensure that the strengths and weaknesses of the forest organization's current performance are identified and appropriate actions are defined to address them.
