ABSTRACT
The implementation (or execution) phase is when the rubber hits the road for the project-when the long-planned actions are taken, and strategies are implemented. When the project is under way the project manager’s focus shifts to two key goals: making the project happen, and monitoring and measuring progress to ensure that the project stays on track.
