Maria Wall and Johan Smeds The example solutions for conservation and renewables in this chapter are compared to reference buildings that fulfil the building code from the year 2001 in northern Italy and other similar climates south of the Alps that still have a heating demand. The example solutions have been designed to fulfil the energy targets of this book while achieving superior comfort.
