ABSTRACT
The Statistical Annex comprises 25 tables covering such broad statistical categories as demography, households, housing, housing infrastructure, economic and social indicators. Taking into account the theme of the 2007 Global Report, this Statistical Annex highlights as much as possible safety and security issues. The Annex is divided into three sections presenting data at the regional, country and city levels. Tables A.1 to A.5 present regional-level data grouped by selected criteria of economic and development achievements, as well as geographic distribution. Tables B.1 to B.13 contain country-level data and Tables C.1 to C.7 are devoted to city-level data. Data have been compiled from various international sources, from national statistical offices and from the United Nations.
