ABSTRACT
A primary role that SRI funds can play within the corporate sector is to encourage more transparency and the wider adoption of environmental and social reporting. SRI funds can therefore play a role in drawing together the ongoing corporate governance initiatives with the environmental and social trends that are also taking place.
