ABSTRACT
Supporters of agro-biofuels call for a large-scale implementation of agrobiofuel production as a tool to stimulate rural development in developed and developing countries. According to this claim, especially in developing countries, agro-biofuels will speed up technical progress in agriculture and boost rural development.
