ABSTRACT
The demonstration projects discussed in earlier chapters are not being replicated at scale or within regions. Nor do lessons learnt from the projects appear to be adopted by industry. Often these demonstration projects appear to remain exactly that. They attract a huge amount of media attention and attract large numbers of international visitors. However, this seems to translate into very few additional projects on the ground. The question is what mechanisms within the current system are preventing wider deployment from occurring?
