ABSTRACT
It is clear that the application of ProMES in organizations has been successful. It is also worthwhile to explore why the system is effective. We discussed some of these issues in the previous chapter about research on ProMES. This chapter focuses more on factors, based on our experience with the system, that seem to make it successful.
