ABSTRACT
We have chosen to address the topic of conflict relatively early in our discussion of Building Leaders. There is good reason for this decision. Drawing from our workshop data extending over twenty years (and including over two thousand participants), the theme of “dealing with conflict” consistently ranks at the top of developmental needs for emerging leaders.
