ABSTRACT
The glue problem arises from a clear-minded assessment of conservative premises and values:
Negative Human Nature + Social Fragility + Ordered Liberty = The Glue Problem
A state of decent freedom is difficult to achieve under these conditions, but it is even more of a problem when we consider the third premise-that utopian solutions are fantasies. There can be no magic answer to the glue problem, only answers that require vigilance and renewed effort by each generation as the forces of decline regroup.
