ABSTRACT
In a submission presented jointly by the officials deputed in groups to examine, investigate and report on the extent to which sin and merit of the many creatures below are being performed, judging, punishing and putting an end to the sinful ones, it is reported:
As for the sinful blue wolves in the earthly continent, the harm and destruction they inflict upon the feeble domestic beasts and herbivores of the same pasturage is most extensive. It is especially deplorable that when they rob and steal the beasts owned by humans, they do not pay attention to merely satisfying themselves, but, however many there are, they destroy them utterly, with greedy intent. It is clear that, if from now on we do not punish them, their sins will go on increasing to an immeasurable extent. We submit this report
