ABSTRACT

The western section of the Negev is traversed by the B’sor Stream, the main tributaries of which are Wadi Sabe, Wadi Sharia, Wadi Nakhbir and Wadi Assaf. The B’sor District is not a definite geographical entity and indeed it has only been named, after the stream passing through it, for the purposes of planning new settlement (see Maps 9). It covers an area of 733,000 dunams (183,250 acres).
