ABSTRACT
Children today are different, and they are being born into a world vastly different from the world that existed even ten years ago. Change is occurring so rapidly that we, as educators, can no longer simply focus on testing or developing knowledge and isolated skills. We must, instead, provide our children and youth with choices and join with them in creating solutions to the complex problems faced by the increasingly interdependent nations of our world.
