ABSTRACT
The language of management, and of discipline, operates in a dynamic relationship. Developing skill in this area does not simply involve a series of words, phrases or sentences. If it is our intention to discipline with respect and confidence, that intention needs to come through the language. Only then will our language be relationally dynamic.
