ABSTRACT

This section of the book seeks to explore and review the place of Web 2.0 within the curriculum and will do the following:

how new Web 2.0 tools might complement the curriculum; investigate some of the proposed changes to the curriculum in relation to new

technologies; consider how ICT and new technologies can be connected to some current government

initiatives; examine the agenda for the personalisation of learning; seek to explore the place of new technologies in relation to personalisation.
