ABSTRACT
Efforts to create fair, equitable, and inclusive workplaces began with the Civil Rights Act in 1964 and have continued with the development and growth of the diversity industry. Presently, our diverse workforce is benefiting from the great forward strides made by fair employment practices and legislation in expanding available opportunities to employees in organizations, especially minority groups.
