ABSTRACT

In Chapter 9, we introduced the basic parameters of human movement, that is, body, space, and dynamics, as delineated by the system of Laban Move - ment Analysis. In Chapter 10, we discussed practical aspects of movement observation, taking a closer look at the process and structure involved in arriving at meaningful results. In this chapter we will continue to pursue the theme of observation in practice, demonstrating how experts use Laban Movement Analysis to elucidate human movement.
