How to Give Shape and Meaning to Conversations with Parents and Carers in Early Years Settings

Sometimes it feels like the staffat the nursery are so busy with all the children that there is no time for a proper conversation about the things that are on my mind about Sam. Often, important conversations turn into ‘quick chats’ when I am either arriving or leaving with him. I wish there was more time. If there was more time, I think I would feel more confident about talking to staffwho are looking after him and feel more a part of things.
