ABSTRACT

In this chapter I discuss culture and religion, describe work done with one focus child and explain story scribing. The environment section includes our snack table, maths opportunities and the woodwork bench.The diary section gives numerous activities that were absorbing and valuable at the time but did not lead to any major projects or last very long.We do not try to develop everything – sometimes activities are completed and we are satisfied with the result, even if achieved in a short time. It is not possible to pursue everything.
