ABSTRACT
Tenor parts are unique amongst choral parts in that they require a transposition. Although written in the treble clef, they are sung an octave below. For many pianists, this may be their first exposure to playing a transposing part, so in this chapter you will find tips and suggestions to help you develop this new skill.
