ABSTRACT

Since the new leadership of Founder Group took office in 2003, human resources have accumulated a wealth of experiences to reflect on and review. The Founder Group’s headquarters has given high priority, careful guidance and firm support to the Founder Group’s human resources functional team. The team has adhered to the three principles of “strategic contributions,” “system construction and promotion” and “international standards.” Today’s achievements are only possible with great efforts. Founder Group’s human resources management has completed its transition from traditional personnel management to strategic human resources management.
