ABSTRACT
Online and mobile communications tools and technologies have revolutionized the way in which humans communicate across vast distances. It is reasonable to argue that as the technology has developed so has the level of access and affordability of computers and handheld devices like tablets and mobile phones. More people globally are online than ever before, and the number continues to grow rapidly. In addition, the way in which people go online has also changed over time, as smart phones become the most utilized way of accessing the internet in Australia. 1
