Every so often—every couple of hours, actually—there is a reminder of … television s primacy. On a frigid, snowy New Hampshire morning, (presidential candidate Lamar) Alexander arrived at the historic town hall in Bedford (New Hampshire), and reporters quickly moved into the toasty-warm main hall. But the candidate's staff promptly hustled the media contingent outside, where the WMUR camera had been set up, and Alexander sidled up to the snowdusted podium in a stiff wind.
