ABSTRACT
Now that we have clarifi ed what workplace bullying is, it’s important to
discuss what it is not. In this chapter we’ll look at situations that should not be
considered to be bullying. We’ll also talk about other kinds of behaviours that
are related to but are distinct from bullying, such as confl ict, discrimination,
harassment and violence.
