ABSTRACT

Polish educational experiences flow from the characteristic process of human development, which might perhaps be best described as a process of human growing-up to cope with the professional and social duties that confront man, and to take advantage of the opportunity for cultural advancement that is now being offered to the people. It is this same two-sided process of people's growing-up to meet the new living conditions and the new vistas of their further development that is at the heart of our contemporary educational problems.
