ABSTRACT

This fourth lesson about feelings explores ways for children to take care of their emotional health. With a collection of ‘calm-down’ options to draw from students can begin to trial new ways to manage life stresses more effectively. As they learn how to better manage their wellbeing the risk of storing frustrations, and suddenly exploding, is minimised. Finding ways to de-stress and live life more calmly helps each and every one of us to meet life’s many challenges with greater composure.
