ABSTRACT
There are separate payment provisions within the ECC, dependent on the Main Option chosen, each option referring to two main terms:
(i) The Prices
These are the various elements that make up the total Price for carrying out the work and will be in the form of an activity schedule, bills of quantities, target or some other document dependent on the Main Option selected.
