ABSTRACT
The 1 9 2 Os saw the foundation of a school for the benefit of the Beta Israel who had been coming to Addis Ababa for various personal or legal reasons. For those who made the trip , it afforded them the opportunity to make contact with the school 's officials , notably Dr. Jacques Faitlovitch and Professor (Aleqa) Taamrat Emanuel.
