Increase the understanding of mood disorders among your coworkers by demonstrating how well you work. When you know the time is right, disclose your condition. Ideally, management should know too, but unfortunately a disclosure at this level may impact negatively on your career. This is a good time to talk to the coaching staffyour support team.
