ABSTRACT
The project manager’s ultimate concern is to provide customer satisfaction. The primary link to the customer is through the project manager who also needs to understand the needs of the end user. For the contractor, repeat business from a knowledgeable, satisfied client is good business, because it allows a relationship to be set up and a better understanding of the product to be gained. The contractors are the key provider of customer care, which includes their quality requirements.
