As a student, thoughts about ethical problems in your chosen profession probably seem far, far away and much more theoretical than practical at this point. However, in the not too distant future, perhaps just a few months from now, you will be taking your —rst job, and you will almost immediately begin to confront very real ethical dilemmas, some of which could a˜ect the rest of your professional life. ‹e purpose of this chapter is to outline some common issues that you are likely to encounter early on and to provide you with some practical tips for dealing with them.
