ABSTRACT
All the terms in this volume are used as far as possible in their ordinary sense; but in the case of the terms listed below, which are commonly used by people in a variety of ways, the sense in which each is used for our purpose is indicated to obviate ambiguity. The terms in question are classifi ed as: GOODS, HUMAN ELEMENTS, INVESTMENTS AND LOANS, MONEY, PRODUCTION, SAVING (PASSIVE), and VELOCITIES. Alphabetical order is observed to this extent, but within the classes the terms are placed in the order of their relation to each other.
