ABSTRACT
This chapter asks two main questions: what would the construction industry look like, how would it behave, working with trustworthy information? And, how might that situation be brought about? There are a few supplementary issues to consider, but the discussion focuses on these two. First though, it may be useful to recap briefly on the story to date.
