However that is not how things work. Biological processes take time. You have lived with your genetic makeup up to now and you will have to live with it in the future.You are what you are. However, you can, as we have seen, influence a fundamental element of quality of life: strength. To exert that influence you need to train and display a certain degree of persistence. Nothing else is required. Of course you need a so-called balanced diet, enough sleep and a psychosocial environment where you feel at ease. However, apart from incorporating two training sessions into your weekly timetable no other changes are required.
